- Extreme Circuits- Come and experience these 1 hr challenging & rewarding sessions. The BEST stress relief, punch your way to a fitter, stronger, faster self!
- Ryze Boxing/ Boot Camps- Ryze up and Achieve Your Best with this Amazing Original RYZE PT Boot Camp session! Running, Jumping,Lunging, Push ups, Burpees and Boxing + much, much more all thrown in together to give you the most incredible workout!
- Saturday Box Fit- You will be taken through a group exercise class based around the principles of functional fitness training and its adaption to professional boxing training. Come and experience these 1 hr challenging & rewarding sessions. Move like a Boxer, Feel like a Boxer!
