Importantly also aiding me in keeping my weight within the BMI recommended limits. I have a busy work role, which does not allow for a great deal of exercise.It also involves many meetings/conferences away from home. Peter is flexible so I am able to organise personal training sessions when free, which unfortunately is not always the same each week.

It is never a problem to add an extra session when I can make it. I know that within a 30 minute session I can get a good workout that involves most muscle groups and contains a level of aerobic exercise that is truly challenging, but never predictable.

The sessions are always well structured with no time wasted. Pete and I share a love of Asian food and discussing this ensures the sessions fly by, although I am generally not able to contribute too much toward the end of a session. I intend to continue training with Pete and would recommend his services to anyone.
