Variety is definitely the key when it comes to exercise! Keeping things fresh, exciting and challenging will be what ensures you can keep the fire burning to drive motivation and stay determined.

At Ryze Personal Training we’ve listened and understand clients are looking for a fun and engaging group training, which we offer to you in our boxing bootcamp group session.

This bootcamp session is lead by your very own dedicated fitness coach and is an intense work out which includes running, jumping, lunging, push ups, burpees and boxing plus much more!

Great for people at all levels; this workout can be adapted by your strength coach to suit the level you are at. Though whatever you fitness is, this combination is sure to get your heart pumping, whilst strengthening and conditioning your entire body.

Our boxing bootcamp is run at two convenient times each week at Ryze HQ at Windsor on Brisbane Northside. All of our group personal training session times can be viewed online too, so please make sure you check our timetable to find a time that suits your schedule.
